On Thursday, May 9, 2024, the Ahanta West Municipal Assembly held its First Ordinary Meeting of the First Session of the Ninth Assembly at its Municipal Assembly. The meeting was held to discuss various issues relating to the Assembly.
Prominent on the agenda were the presentation of the Municipal Chief Executive’s Sessional Address and Executive Committee’s Recommendation, presentation of 2024 Annual Action Plan and Budget implementation, and presentation of the recommendation of the Public Relations and Complaint Committee (PRCC).
In attendance were Hon. John Agyare (Municipal Chief Executive), Mr. Daniel Kanyage (Municipal Coordinating Director), Hon Joseph Yaw Baidoo (Presiding Member), Honourable Assembly Members, Heads of Department and some members of staff of the Assembly.
