CLIENT SERVICE UNIT
The Ahanta West Municipal Assembly’s Client Service Unit is a Unit under Central Administration Department established to receive complaints, suggestions, enquiries, among others from the general public to address them. It provides information on the nature of operations at the Assembly. It facilitates standardization of the service delivered by the Assembly and communicates to the public on the delivered service.
The Client Service Unit serves as the first point of call for all clients visiting the office of the Assembly. The Unit receives complaints and also gives information concerning operation and functionality of some departments of the Assembly.
OBJECTIVE OF THE CLIENT SERVICE UNIT
The objective of the Ahanta West Client Service Unit is to ensure that all Clients/visitors who come to the Assembly are well attended to and their issues resolved in a timely, transparent, professional and cost-effective manner.
OUR MISSION
To serve as the first point of call for all clients visiting the offices of the Assembly and to reduce Client’s complaints to the barest minimum.
OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR CLIENTS
To be mindful of how staff of the Client Service Unit interacts with visitors, Heads of Departments and Staff. To provide a professional, efficient and courteous service to all of our clients.
STRATEGY
To liaise with the Management Information Systems’ Officer and the Public Relations Officer to provide regular updates of meeting, activities of the Assembly on our various online platforms i.e. Website, social media pages.
