District Chief Executive urged all participants to give their all to help develop a plan that is reflective on the needs of the various groups which they are representing.<\/p>\n<p>She also urged all to make the MTDP theirs and participate in its implantation.<\/p>\n<p>The programme was a great success as participants were happy and content with the plan since it addressed most of the developmental issues \u00a0in the district.
