The meeting commenced at 11:54 am after a quorum had been formed.<br \/>\nThe main agenda for the meeting was to:<br \/>\n1. Elect a new Audit Committee Chairperson.<br \/>\n2. Discuss issues arising from the previous meeting<br \/>\n3. Discussion of 2021 Management Letters.<\/p>\n<p>Members contributed fruitfully towards a successful meeting. In the absence of any further deliberations, Mr. Ernest Appah moved for the adjournment of the meeting. He was seconded by Hon. Eric Bordoh. The meeting ended at 3:22 pm with a prayer by Hon.
